Vance says he has had 'that disagreement' with Trump over the Iran war

Vice President JD Vance said in an interview aired Friday on a show hosted by former White House spokesman Sean Spicer, "Even if you disagree with him on that one issue, you can have that disagreement. And I think I have had that disagreement," Anadolu reported. Vance was asked about commentator Tucker Carlson, whom he described as "very, very angry" over the war, and said he had told Carlson, "don't throw the baby out with the bathwater," pointing to closed borders and other Trump policies. The Washington Examiner described the remarks as a public hint of a split as the conflict nears the eight-month mark.
