Update: Election Day enters its final hours; first polls close at 6 p.m. ET in Indiana and Kentucky
Fox News reported that more than 54 million Americans cast early ballots before Election Day, citing the Associated Press, with all 435 House seats, 35 Senate seats and 36 governor's races on the ballot. The first polls close at 6 p.m. ET in parts of Indiana and Kentucky, followed by more closings at 7 and 7:30 p.m. ET. Fox reported ballot-scanner problems in New York's Westchester County and reports of misleading texts about polling-place changes in Georgia.
