Full 5th Circuit lets Trump administration hold certain illegal immigrants without bond hearings

The full 17-member 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Friday that the Trump administration can keep detaining certain illegal immigrants without bond hearings while their cases move through immigration court, the Washington Examiner reported. The majority held the Fifth Amendment did not require bond hearings for three men who entered the U.S. unlawfully and were never legally admitted, the Examiner said.
