Trump says it's "time for Ukraine to get a new president," tells Zelensky to "damn well stop" hitting Russian refineries
President Trump told reporters outside the White House on Saturday that Volodymyr Zelensky "wants to make problems for the world" by authorizing strikes on Russian oil refineries, saying "He'd better damn well stop" and that Ukraine should "get a new leader who can make a deal," the BBC reported. The remarks followed Zelensky's criticism of Trump's deal suspending sanctions on Russian diesel exports until April 7. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said European ministers intend to approve their biggest Russia sanctions package of the war on Monday.
