Zelenskyy says U.S.-Ukraine-Russia talks will restart in November

A trilateral meeting between Kyiv, Washington and Moscow will take place in November to restart stalled Russia-Ukraine peace talks, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Sunday, The Guardian reported. Zelenskyy said Ukraine will not discuss limits on its armed forces or enforced neutrality, and that territorial issues must be handled "at a leadership level."
