Update: Saudi, Pakistani and Turkish security chiefs meet Iran in Tehran as an intelligence memo warns Iranian plots against Americans are at 'advanced stages'

Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman, Pakistani army chief Gen. Asim Munir and Turkish intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin are meeting Iranian officials in Tehran on Monday to try to head off renewed war, CBS News reported, as President Trump weighs whether to "finish it off" or make a deal. A memo from Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton to Secretary of State Marco Rubio says Iran has "substantially increased" efforts to target U.S. personnel abroad, with plots reaching "advanced stages," Fox News reported. Brent crude sat around $115 a barrel early Monday, CBS said.
