Trump agrees to grant a visa to the mother of a 15-year-old shot and killed on his way to school in the Bronx, Mayor Mamdani says
New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani said Saturday that President Trump agreed to grant a visa to the mother of Javits Frimpong, a 15-year-old who was shot and killed in the Bronx on Thursday, the Washington Examiner reported. Frimpong, who moved from Ghana to live with his father about a year ago, was shot in the abdomen Thursday morning on his way to school near Crotona Park and died later that day at St. Barnabas Hospital, police said.
