The Supreme Court's calendar for Monday, Oct. 19, says the Court will release an order list at 9:30 a.m., with no argument session today, according to supremecourt.gov. SCOTUSblog said things should be quieter at the Court after Monday's order list until the November sitting begins on Nov. 2. Still pending is the Trump administration's petition asking the justices to decide whether federal courts can vacate an agency rule for everyone, in a No Surprises Act case; the challengers' response is due Nov. 13, SCOTUSblog reported.
