Graphic: World Brief Now

Management of Riyadh's 99-story Kingdom Centre ordered office employees to work remotely until further notice after the Saudi-led coalition said it intercepted drones over Riyadh and the Eastern Province and two ballistic missiles in the south, Fox News reported, citing AFP. Saudi civil defense said six people were hurt when a projectile hit a residential area in Najran, and the coalition said a reconnaissance helicopter crash near the Yemen border killed both crew members, which it blamed on a technical malfunction. Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sissi asked parliament for an emergency session to authorize defensive military support for Saudi Arabia if Riyadh requests it, Reuters reported.
