Federal agents search Rep. Ilhan Omar's Washington home in criminal probe tied to her immigration paperwork

Homeland Security Investigations agents searched the Washington, D.C., home of Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., early Monday under a judicially authorized warrant secured by the Justice Department, a DOJ spokesperson told Fox News Digital, describing the investigation as criminal. Two sources told Fox News the search stems from a fraud investigation into Omar's immigration paperwork, filled out by her late father when she was a child. Omar called the raid an attempt by President Trump to "target political enemies" with "baseless lies" and wrote, "I will not be silenced."
