U.S. to host Ukraine-Russia talks in Abu Dhabi Nov. 10-11
U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff said the United States will bring Ukrainian and Russian delegations together in Abu Dhabi on Nov. 10-11 to discuss "post-war security agreements, de-escalation, humanitarian measures, and ending the war," Reuters reported. Witkoff and Jared Kushner are expected to represent the U.S., and the two sides remain far apart on terms.
