A federal grand jury in Washington, D.C., declined Tuesday to indict former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson after the Justice Department sought charges over her 2022 testimony to the House Jan. 6 committee, two sources told Fox News Digital. The Washington Examiner reported the case was presented by the DOJ's Civil Rights Division under Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon and stems from a criminal referral by Rep. Barry Loudermilk. It is unclear whether prosecutors will try again, and Hutchinson has said she stands by her testimony.
