Israel votes Tuesday, Oct. 27, with several polls showing retired Lt. Gen. Gadi Eisenkot's centrist Yashar party narrowly ahead of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud, Fox News reported. Either side will need a 61-seat coalition to govern, and an outright winner likely won't be known for several days. Eisenkot, 66, led the IDF from 2015 to 2019 and lost his son Gal in Gaza in December 2023.
